Gift cards are good business for shopping malls, but selling them over a counter is expensive and closes when the mall does. mSale Giftcard is our self-service gift card vending machines — operating in Norwegian and Swedish malls since 2015.
The solution
The customer picks an amount, pays by card, and the gift card prints on the spot — no staff required. Behind the machine sits a complete system: a backend tracking cards and balances, card payments via Nets, and a dedicated service app giving technicians full visibility into every machine.
The result
Over a million gift cards sold for 54 client businesses. The machines keep running year after year — and we still operate, monitor, and develop the entire solution.
