MS Maarten is a passenger boat in the Kristiansand archipelago running over 250 tours a season. The planning lived in an Excel sheet that had outgrown itself.
The solution
A tour scheduler tailored to the operation: tour list with capacity, crew rosters, and automatic email notifications to customers when something changes. Everything in one place, available to the whole crew.
The result
Built and delivered in three weeks. The Excel sheet is retired, and a full season of 250+ tours is now planned in the system.
