What it looks like in practice

Contractor · floors and surfaces

Before

Cash flow was rebuilt in Excel every week. The project overview lived in two people's heads, estimates in a separate tool, and hours and materials were logged late.

Now

Projects, crew planning, estimates, offer letters and cash flow are connected and synced with the accounting system every half hour. The field crew sends the Friday report from their phones, and delivery notes and labels are read from a photo. The manager asks "which projects are below target margin?" and gets the answer right away.

Car wash chain · many sites

Before

The morning check of every site, customer support and invoicing data for business customers were done by hand, across several dashboards.

Now

The AI is connected to the operations system and the accounting system. It checks every site in the morning and lists what's down, finds a card by number plate when a customer calls, and has invoicing data per business customer ready on the 1st, reconciled against the reports. A person reviews it and sends the invoices.

Before

Thousands of products, prices and stock levels from suppliers, and ads that need adjusting every week.

Now

Supplier sync, price monitoring and ad tuning run on their own, and we get a weekly summary of what needs a decision. We run it on our own stores before we recommend it to anyone else.

Why fewer dashboards?

Most businesses have enough systems. The problem is that the answers are spread across five screens, and someone has to piece them together by hand every week. We turn that around: you ask the question, and the system fetches, checks and puts the answer together. The dashboards are still there, but you need them less often.
